Hey what’s up ladies and gents - My name is Ben. Thanks for being here.

Are you here because you are interested in sleeping better and using cool tools like Sound Machines and or a White Noise Machine to sync your brain into la-la land? If so, I have good news for you: you came to right place. That is exactly what the White Noise Machine Sounds website is all about!

I love this kind of stuff, I’ve been into it for years – not just white noise or the sound of a waterfall, but even more crazy stuff like Sound and Light Machines, also ominously referred to as Mind Machines, and things like brainwave entrainment and binaural beats. All of these are tools that assist people in falling sleep, although Sound and Light Machines/Brainwave Entrainment has many other uses, namely, as a meditation aid.

Anyhow, I started this site to share some basic info on all these things, and  specifically, White Noise Machines.  This has become a pretty big market and I thought it would not only be fun to run a site about the different products out there, but also something that others would be interested in reading. If you are here, I hope that is the case!

If there’s a specific Sound Machine or White Noise Machine you’d like me to review, leave me a comment and I’ll follow up on it. I don’t have experience with every unit out there, but, I’m familiar with most of them or at least the models they are based on, so I could review just about anything for you.
